International Buyers Program

International Buyers Program
The U.S. Department of Commerce has selected GOA to participate in its International Buyer Program (IBP) for the nineth straight year. The IBP recognizes GOA as one of only a handful of major trade shows from over 7,000 annually in the U.S. to receive this designation, and promotes the show to international business executives through their worldwide network of embassies and consulates.

IBP facilitates international delegates’ attendance at the show. More than 300 delegates from 13 countries attended GOA 2010.

We work closely with the U.S. Department of Commerce to match international buyers and American suppliers in two ways. In advance of the show, buyers can contact their local U.S. Commercial Service office, where a Commercial Service Officer will help them make arrangements to maximize their participation at the show. On site, the International Business Center (IBC), located on the show floor, will assist with appointments and contacts with U.S. suppliers. Meeting rooms and translation services are also available in the IBC.
