Note: If you fax or mail your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation 3-5 business days after receipt of your form. Your record will not appear on the site until it has been processed.

Refunds, Changes and Cancellations
There are no refunds or substitutions for Exhibit Hall Only registrations.
Cancellations/refunds for seminars, conferences and the GALA must be requested in writing by January 31, 2010. No cancellations will be accepted for a refund after that date. If your badge has been mailed, certain restrictions apply. Refunds (minus a $25 processing fee) will be issued within 30 days after the show. (Credit card charges will be credited to your account.) There are no refunds for “no shows.” Please contact us to request a refund.
A tax deduction may be available for educational expenses including registration fees, travel, meals and lodging to maintain and improve professionals skills. (See Internal Revenue Code, Section 1.162-5.) PAF Federal Tax ID #59-0536092.
Free Expo or Seminar passes are not redeemable for cash. Cancellations for Free Passes are not eligible for refunds.
Age Restriction: Please note that no one under the age of 14 will be admitted on the show floor or into the seminars, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian with a signed waiver. Waivers may be obtained onsite at attendee registration.
